Led a multi-phase redesign for Novo Nordisk USA's internal and external digital platforms. Focused on streamlining UX/UI across key business areas: Diabetes, Healthcare Professionals, and Corporate Communications.

Designed and delivered a modular CMS-driven system integrating interactive timelines, appointment management, and internal workflows. Simplified complex data flows while maintaining full regulatory compliance with healthcare privacy standards.

Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams — including compliance, dev, and internal stakeholders — to ensure scalability, accessibility, and brand alignment across all user touchpoints.
